This three bedroom, two bathroom, newly reformed, semi-detached house is on a the side of a hill, in the mountains n-west of Iznate. The house next door is only being used in August when the neighbours, who actually live in the village, come to pick the moscatel grapes.
The house has a large lounge with a fireplace. There is are two patios on either side of the house and there are expansive views of Axarquia, including Iznate. The property has 400 mt2 of land, with a few mature eucalyptus trees beside the house. It has it’s own water borehole.
The property is about four kilometres from Iznate and a bit further to Cajiz.
Access is by a track of about 2 km.
